About my Corporate Structure

Koshka Kuro Group is an independent business entity operating in the creative, technology development, and design industry. In executing my daily operations and continuously developing my products, I have established two complementary core subsidiaries or main divisions:

1. Koshka Kuro Group

Acting as the central hub for core development and management. Group primarily focuses on administrative operations, analyzing and inspecting every product, overseeing, and taking responsibility for every product produced or distributed on behalf of Koshka Kuro Group.

2. Koshka Kuro Enterprise and Koshka Kuro Studio

Acting as the frontline in execution and production. The Enterprise handles the production of unfun products (e.g. Apps), while the Studio focuses on the production of fun products (e.g. Games).

My Products

All products I create, whether in the form of physical goods or digital services, are entirely conceptualized, developed, and produced independently by myself through the seamless synergy of the two divisions mentioned above.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Statement

All content, including but not limited to designs, logos, brand identity, text, graphics, photographs, artworks, audio, programming code, and data compilations found on my platforms or on my product packaging, is the exclusive copyright of Koshka Kuro Studio and is fully protected under the Copyright Laws of the Republic of Indonesia as I'll as applicable international legal regulations.

As an independent enterprise that has built my brand entirely from scratch, I claim full and exclusive ownership over all intellectual property I have created.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, scan, modify, redistribute, publish, commercialize, or use any part or whole of my materials and products for any purpose whatsoever without obtaining prior written permission from Koshka Kuro Group.

Any unauthorized use of my materials that violates the aforementioned provisions will be pursued through proper legal channels and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

During my production process, I may utilize third-party assets that have been legally and properly licensed (if applicable). I would like to extend my credits and appreciation to:
